Experience
I am a professional educator who is excited to help new students become successful. I am available to tutor elementary math, middle school math, pre-algebra, algebra, and other math subjects. I can also tutor students of all ages and skill levels in Spanish. I am currently pursuing my master's in Education at the University of Pennsylvania. I'm also privileged to be working as a public charter school teacher. Outside of teaching, I have experience working with students as a Spanish and ESL tutor. I've lived in a Spanish speaking country where I honed my Spanish language skills, so I am confident that I'm equipped to help any student master the language. As a tutor I incorporate real world examples in my teaching to make the subject material more relevant to my students. I try to make all of my tutoring sessions interesting and stimulating so that my students are engaged with what they are learning. When I'm not tutoring I enjoy being active and exercising, writing, and traveling the world.
